ABOUT ME
Blanca Franck is a bilingual actress based in New York City. With a Black Belt in Karate, Kick Boxing, and Self Defense, she combines physical prowess with her acting skills. She also completed The Barrow Group's 1-Year Intermediate Acting Program. Blanca studied Meisner Technique, audition, and scene work under Emily Tetzlaff. Her recent work includes a lead role in the short film "Rank Me" and performances in productions like "The Venus Flytrap" and "The Inferno Project: Limbo." Notably, Blanca portrayed Essie in the award-winning play "The Room Inside the Room I'm In," showcasing her talent alongside acclaimed actors, writers, and directors.

Blanca Franck is a bilingual NYC-based actor, writer, and filmmaker with a love for characters who are complicated, funny, messy, and deeply human. Her work spans television, film, and theatre, including a co-star role on NBC’s Law & Order and leading roles in films including Belief, Witchey, Bamboo & Kittens, and Rank Me. She has also performed on New York stages in productions including Critters and the award-winning The Room Inside the Room I’m In.
Blanca trained extensively at The Barrow Group and holds a B.A. in Drama/Theatre from Queens College. When she isn’t acting, she’s probably writing something of her own, analyzing why people do the bizarre things they do (occupational hazard of also being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst), or putting her Black Belt in martial arts to use. She’s especially drawn to stories with humor, heart, tension, and characters who have a lot more going on beneath the surface.
